When can I check in and out?+
Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am. The desk is open 3pm–11pm — rolling in later than that is fine, there is no curfew and you will have a key, just tell us first so somebody is expecting you.
How do I get here from the airport?+
Alfonso Bonilla Aragón (CLO) is about 30–40 minutes out. We don't run airport pickups at the moment, so a taxi or an app ride from the terminal is the simplest way in. Message us on WhatsApp if you get stuck.
Is Granada safe at night?+
It's Cali's nightlife barrio — busy, lit, walkable. Head out with the crew, keep your phone in your pocket, and we'll point you to the right corners.
Do I need to sign up for salsa classes?+
No — they're included and beginner-friendly. The class is usually Fridays at 7pm, and sometimes Saturdays at 7pm too. Just turn up.
Do you take walk-ins?+
Sometimes, but beds move fast in Granada. Message us on WhatsApp first and we'll hold one for you.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Cancel free up to one day before you arrive. A later cancellation, or not turning up at all, is charged the first night — the rest of the stay is released. The whole policy is on our cancellation page.
Is there a curfew?+
None. You've got a key. Come home at sunrise — that's sort of the whole idea.
