Before you book
The whole policy, in the order it matters. Nothing here is different from what you are told at the price.
Cancel at no charge up to one day before the date you are due to arrive.
Write to us on WhatsApp, or reply to the message you booked through. A cancellation counts from the moment we receive it.
A cancellation made after that window, and a booking nobody arrives for, are charged the same: the first night. The rest of the stay is released.
If you are simply running late, that is not a no-show — tell us. The desk is open 3:00pm to 11:00pm, and arriving after 11:00pm only needs notice.
We may pre-authorise a card before you arrive to hold the booking. A pre-authorisation is not a charge; it reserves the amount with your bank and is released if it is not used.
This policy covers bookings made direct with us. If you booked through another site, that site's policy is the one that applies to your reservation — check it there.
