Terms

What you are agreeing to when you book a bed, and what we are agreeing to when we sell you one.

Last updated · 19 August 2026

Who you are booking with

Til Sunrise Hostel, Cl. 5 Nte. # Av 2-28, Barrio Granada, Cali, Colombia. NIT 902040045-4, registered with the Registro Nacional de Turismo under RNT 296211.

Prices and taxes

Every price on this site is in Colombian pesos, per night, and is the price the booking engine quotes. Under Ley 1480 the advertised price binds us, so it is the exact figure and not a guide.

Taxes are included for foreign visitors staying on a tourist permit. Colombian residents pay IVA on top of the published price, because the exemption that covers a visiting tourist does not cover a resident.

Paying

You pay on arrival. We take cash, Zelle, and credit and debit cards.

Card payments carry a 5% surcharge, which is the processing cost passed on rather than a margin. Cash and Zelle do not.

We may pre-authorise a card before you arrive to hold the booking.

Arriving and leaving

Check in from 3:00pm. Check out by 11:00am.

The desk is staffed from 3:00pm to 11:00pm. There is no curfew and you will have a key, but if you are arriving after 11:00pm tell us first so somebody is expecting you.

Who can stay

Guests must be 18 or over. We do not accept guests under 18, accompanied or not.

Bring valid photo identification. Colombian law requires us to register every guest, and to report foreign guests to the immigration authority.

No pets. We are sorry about this one — it is the building, not the policy.

Drugs

Zero tolerance. Illegal drugs on the property end a stay immediately, with no refund of nights already paid for.

Cancelling

Cancel free up to one day before arrival; a later cancellation or a no-show is charged the first night. The full policy has its own page.

Complaints and jurisdiction

Tell us first — WhatsApp is the fastest way and we would rather fix it. These terms are governed by Colombian law, and consumer rights under Ley 1480 apply whatever is written here.
